Welcome to Broomfield Neighbourhood Plan.   

The draft Neighbourhood Plan has now been through the ‘Examination stage’.  It was studied by an independent planning expert – the Examiner – to make sure it meets all the legal planning requirements.

We’re pleased to say it does! All the policies in the Plan remain, though the Examiner has recommended some changes of wording to make them clearer and easier to apply. So, the next stage will be the Referendum (expected February 27th) when local voters will get the final say.
